First off, my trimming and mulching service is still not complete. Started over a week ago and it is still in progress. Does not have the right equipment to do the job and get it done in short order. Should not promise what he can't deliver. Has all my money but does not communicate with me on when it is going to get done. Means well but does not measure up to my expectations.
