The job they had done was decent. The job took a long time and the quality was nothing special also. I felt that he made a few measurement mistakes, and I felt that they were in a rush. I felt kind of squeezed in, they had also left a good amount of trash for us.

I initially researched windows til I was blue in the face and spoke with several reps including WindowWorld, Weber Windows, and The Door Store. I finally settled on RK Lynch because they could custom match the windows to the color I wanted and the price was more than reasonable. It took about 8 weeks for the windows to be made and the one installer informed me that his help decided not to show up. Consequently, what should have been a one day job took two days instead. The installer appeared quite proficient and even pointed out a couple of problems with the screens which had some slight buckling. He advised me to contact the owner, Kevin Lynch, for repair. Of course that's when the problems began. Mr. Lynch called about a week and a half after the installation to inquire about my satisfaction. I informed him that there were some problems with the screens and he came by to take a look. Oddly, the screen buckling that was quite apparent to the installer and me was not so apparent to Mr. Lynch. Since he arrived at my home earlier than the appointed time I was not there to greet him and go over the windows with him. He ended up repairing just one screen. Further inspection of said screen revealed a slight tear which was not there prior to his repair. I called Mr. Lynch again about the screen and it was a full eight days before he returned my call. He offered no explanation for the delay (family emergency, out of town, etc.) but did apologize. It was several more days before he returned to repair the screens to my satisfaction. Throughout this entire time, I inquired about the manufacturer's energy star certification statement so I could take advantage of the energy tax credit. Mr. Lynch assured me he would mail the statement when the windows were first installed in November. In late November and early December when he came to my home he again made the same promise. In late December I called to remind him I was still waiting on the certification statement along with an itemized bill which I finally received within two days. In summary, I am admittedly very happy with the windows. The color is a perfect match and my energy bills are noticeably lower. My primary frustration is the lack of responsiveness from the owner which, for me, equates to a lack of professionalism.
