I had a company come out before them that told me I needed a new unit. This company came out and told me I just needed a new thermostat. They saved me thousands of dollars.

Quality Heating and Air provided excellent service for us this winter. We noticed our electricity bills were very high and suspected the heat pump. I called and they came over the same morning. They suggested a better thermostat, and inspected the furnace and heat pump. The technician determined almost immediately that the furnace and heat pump were installed incorrectly, and mad the necessary changes to set up so the heat pump and furnace would function correctly. Because it was so cold, they suggested returning when the temperature went up to inspect the heat pump closer. On the second visit, they determined the heat pump's problem and fixed it. They went over the set up of the thermostat with me in detail and reviewed all the information I needed to use it most efficiently. They did a great job and I will only call them in the future for me heating and air needs.

The condenser fan on my HVAC unit stopped working causing no cooling of Air. The service person who came out was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Checked out the entire system and then explained the issue and made the repair. Since the issue and repair was on Sunday I expected a higher cost. The diagnostic charge was 60, and cost of the capacitor was 260. I feel they are a good company but expect high cost for the quality of service.
