Description of Work: I did not work directly with Quality, but my in-ground pool repairman said they were the best in town. On a Friday, before a hot, sunny weekend my pool filter pump failed, Quality had a replacement motor as well as all the necessary pump seals in stock. My pool was up and running again within a couple of hours, allowing us to enjoy a great summer weekend instead of worrying about the pool turning into a swamp.

Description of Work: I TOOK A PUMP AND MOTOR OFF INGROUND POOL TO THEM TO REBUILD. THE MAN AND LADY AT DESK WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I HAD. HE SAID THAT THEY REBUILD OVER 1000 SPA AND POOL MOTOR AND PUMPS A YEAR.LITTLE THAT I KNOW THE LADY WHO OWNED THE POOL FORGOT SHE PURCHACED A 10YR WARRANTY ON IT AFTER THE FACT. THEY DECLINED THE WORK FROM QUALITY AND I PICKED IT UP TAKEN APART AND WAS PUT IN A BOX. I ASKED HOW MUCH DID I OWE THEM AND THEY SAID NOTHING. I KNOW THEY HAD TIME AND LABOR IN IT JUST TO KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG BUT WOULDNT TAKE ANYTHING.I WILL BE TAKEING ALL MY MOTOR WORK TO THEM BECAUSE OF HOW I WAS TREATED. THEY ARE FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED IN A GOOD LOCATION.
