Quality Chimney Sweeps

Everything turned out well. They were punctual and professional, and they were honest about which services were actually necessary. Ultimately, it was a good experience, and I'd recommend them.

Tom came out to inspect and clean the chimney and reattach the cap that had been knocked off after a tree branch fell on it during a storm. He made the repair and also sealed the crown which he said was starting to degrade (15 year warranty). While on the roof, he removed a bunch of leaves and even cleaned out the gutter. He also inspected the fireplace and said there were just a few ashes and that it wouldn't be right if he charged me to clean it. I will definitely use this company for my yearly inspection.

The gentleman arrived on time. He examined the chimney and found it didn't need to be cleaned. There had been a bird nest in there so he installed a chimney cap to prevent that from occuring again. There were cracks on the top of the chimney and he applied a rubber seal. He was courteous and explained everything to me before making the repairs. I will definitely use his services in the future.

This was very good. He had many opportunities to over-charge, and did not. He immediately told me that it didn't need to be cleaned-"call me in two years" he said. He told me that there may be future repairs necessary for the chimney but not now, and fixed the cap problem quickly and for cheap.

It went well. We were satisfied.

I have used these guys on other occasion and this time it seemed like the price doubled. I was not very happy about that because they work was done well and the workers are always so polite. I am just going to have to start looking for someone else though because that is to much for the service.

WHEN IT IS TIME TO HAVE MY CHIMNEY SERVICED AGAIN I WILL CALL THEM BACK. THEY TOOK EXTRA CARE TO KEEP MY HOUSE CLEAN. THEY LAID OUT GROUND CLOTH AND WORE CLOTH BOOTIES ON THEIR FEET. THEY TOOK GREAT CARE NOT TO MAKE A MESS AND THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS. THEY ALSO LEFT COLORING BOOKS FOR THE KIDS.

VERY THOROUGH WORK WITH THE EXCEPTION OF RESEALING THE INSERT TO THE FIREWALL. THE CLEANING ITSELF WAS MUCH BETTER THAN ANY OTHER SERVICES I'VE USED. A LITTLE HIGH ON THE PRICE SIDE, BUT LOOKING AT QUALITY OF WORK, THEY WERE WORTH IT. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.

THEY WERE PROMPT, THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY WITH A GOOD REPUTATION. WE'VE USED THEM BEFORE. THE PRICE WAS FAIR BECAUSE WE CALLED AROUND AND THEY WERE JUST AS REASONABLE AS ANYONE ELSE WAS. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD BECAUSE HE CAME IN AND CLEANED IT AND DID A GOOD JOB AND I WAS HAPPY WITH IT.
