After following his advice, we sold our home for just a few thousand dollars less than our asking price. We sold our home in 3 weeks. Both neighbors were selling their homes and those houses took 6 months to sell. You can rely on Dave's experience in real estate in our area.

Description of Work: As a part of a corporate relocation Fred and Beverly Sapp were the realtors for selling my house.

Description of Work: We use Bonny and Harold of Prudential as our real estate agents. I used them twice, once when I purchased a condo that my mother in law lived in and after she passed away, I used them to sell the condo. They went over the property, they discussed strategy for selling, the pricing and how we wanted to proceed in this terrible market we are in. They advertised, used their connections, and they showed the place for us. We did nothing, we just sat back and waited for the phone to ring. They called us when they had a prospective buyer and they handled all the negotiations with that buyer. They set up the inspection, and they handled everything right up to the closing. I last dealt with them yesterday, when they called about the contract on the condo.
