Phone calls to customer service took forever and requests for copy of my contract renewal took way too long for response. Like many people, I got rid of my land line to save money, but this caused my monthly rate to increase by MORE than what I was paying AT&T for the land line. VERY INFLEXIBLE working with me.
Description of Work: Knocked a hole in my wall and left my floor covered in debris and dust. Installed a control panel in my basement at eye level with sharp edges.

I'm STILL WAITING on the certificate confirming protection to get my Homeowner's Insurance discount. I'm also STILL WAITING on the second smoke detector to get installed.

I LIKED EVERYTHING THEY DID ALTHOUGH I THOUGHT THEY WERE A LITTLE BIT PRICEY. ALL OF THEM WERE PROFESSIONAL. I'M NOT WITH THEM ANYMORE, BECAUSE A CLOSE FRIEND OF MINE HAS A SECURITY BUSINESS. I WOULD PROBABLY USE THEM AGAIN.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED. IT TOOK A LITTLE BIT LONGER THAN OTHER INSTALLATIONS, BUT IT WAS AN EXISTING SYSTEM THAT HAD TO BE UPDATED. WE LIKED THE COMPANY.
