 + -1 moreTHEY'RE GOOD. THEY'RE THE ONES THAT ACTUALLY PUT THE UNIT IN A FEW YEARS AGO. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP WHENEVER WE CALL THEM. THEY'RE ALWAYS PROMPT. WHEN THEY FIRST DID THIS SERVICE FOR US WHEN WE REPLACED THIS UNIT, THEY ADVISED US TO GET A NEW UNIT BECAUSE THE PIECE THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED WOULD HAVE COST AS MUCH AS A NEW UNIT.
Description of Work: IT WAS A MAINTENANCE CALL. THEY CHECKED TO MAKE SURE THERE WAS FREON IN THE A/C, CHECKED TO MAKE SURE NO SCREWS WERE LOOSE, CHECKED THE FILTERS, AND THE SETTINGS INSIDE.

 + 0 moreI FELT THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO ASSESS OUR NEEDS. THEY DIDN'T GO WITH WHAT WE HAD IN THE PAST. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL TO WORK WITH. WE GOT TWO OTHER ESTIMATES AND THEY WERE CLOSE TO THIS ONE, BUT WE FELT WE GOT A LITTLE BETTER SYSTEM FROM PROJECT HEATING.
Description of Work: WE HAD A NEW FURNACE, AIR-CONDITIONER AND CONTROL UNIT INSTALLED. THEY ALSO CLEANED THE AIR DUCTS AT THE SAME TIME.
