Professional Plumbing Inc

We contracted this company to replace our sewage line. They were supposed to replace the whole line. Shortly after they supposedly replace our line we had problems. The owner told us that the crew had not replaced the whole line like they were hired to do and he would send them back at no cost to fix the problem. Our yard was again dug up and line was supposed to be finished. They broke our water line and fixed it with the wrong type of fitting. We eventually had to to repair that water line since their fitting broke. We were told by the owner of this company he would send us $50 for this. We never saw the money. About 3 weeks ago our line backed up again. We called another company, since I do not trust this company. They put a camera down our line and informed me that it had not been replaced. I called Professional Plumbing and I believe Larry called me back. He claims he has no record of our job. Now we know we used this company, because this is a friend of my husbands boss and he was recommended to us by him. My husband's boss remembers we used him. I hired the new company to replace my sewer line. When they uncovered the line I really found out how bad we had been taken. The first time Professional Plumbing dug up our whole yard they only replace 18 inches of a clean out drain and nothing else. This also was where the roots were getting in, because it was not done properly. They continued to dig and it was all original pipe until near the Siamese connection. This section was was they replaced the 2nd time they dug up our yard. Maybe about 2 feet max and according to my plumbers it was not done very well. Professional Plumbing dug up our yard twice and even the owner says he cannot believe they would have dug up our yard and not replaced the line. I have pictures to prove they did not replace it and statements from my neighbors, since they remember talking to the workers that were supposed to replace the line the first and second time. Overall my yard has been dug up 3 times now and this is 3 times that we have to pay to put the yard and landscaping back right. To add salt to the wound we had just paid to have our front yard landscaped before this last time. Obviously, that money was thrown to the wind, since it has all been dug up. Larry said he wanted to be here when they dug up my yard. I called him and let him know when and he did not show. I find it hard to believe he does not remember our job, since it was his friend who referred us and all the problems we had. Supposedly we received a price break on the first job. I say we just were ripped off. If he does not remember us then he must have problems with a lot of his jobs. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY

They were very good about making sure the job was completed properly. We have used them for other jobs in our home.

They are great, professional and real personal. They have a service manager who, at any time they have stuff going on, keeps track of everything. If you need to call in about something, they know exactly what’s going on with you, if they are working with you overtime.

They are very professional. All of there technicians are very nice and seem to be very skilled.
