Description of Work: This was an Angie's List deal for 3h of kitchen or bathroom caulking for $99. It took a while to get our schedules aligned so that Josh could come over to do the work but he and and one of his employees did a fine job in our master bath removing and re-caulking a stall shower, sink area and Jacuzzi tub. Everything looks like new and we were very pleased with job.

Description of Work: The only problem was they did not use drop cloths. So there was drywall mud on the floor and some equipment in the garage where the repairs were made. The repairs were fine otherwise.

Description of Work: We wanted the kitchen floor regrouted, They did not remove any old grout, They didn't get the same color grout, they patched over the old grout. It has taken me three days removing their mess and redoing the grout.

Description of Work: Was scheduled for Monday 4/6, but was called about 2 hours before service time and told they had to reschedule. I had taken the day off to meet up with them so it was very inconvenient, but I also know jobs sometimes run over. They showed up Tuesday without having read my request/instructions. My wife called me so I could talk with them. I just wanted certain areas stripped and re-caulked. I was told they couldn't warranty the work and that even if they pulled all the caulking out and replaced it, they would still be done in the 2 hour window (they is the guy who runs this and a 'technician'). | |We let everything dry for 60 hours (24 hours was the minimum requested). I noticed a small sliver break in the caulking in one corner and another area that was dark underneath which made me think the caulking was entirely too thin over that area. I contacted this contractor and advised him of the problems. He was also supposed to be quoting some additional work. After about two weeks and no quote, he 'scheduled' to come do that work and fix the caulking concerns. I told him I needed a quote first and didn't want him to expect to get that job when showing up to fix the previous work (i.e. doing the work and then charging me whatever he wanted). He agreed and then a few days later he replied with, "I'm going to pass on replacing these seals/gaskets. Also any additional work to the shower will be an added price of $75/per hour." | |I asked about the warranty he referred to and have had no reply since. I've taken this up with Angie's list as I've since had to have the work rescheduled to be done correctly at additional cost. | |I would avoid this contractor based on our experience.

Description of Work: Great work and responsiveness. Got a wall ready for priming and painting that was rough from us removing a bunch of wallpaper.

Description of Work: repaired ceiling hole. they had additional time remaining on the contracted time and they voluntarily repatched earlier jobs I had done [drywall repair]not quite as well as they could do. they were polite, and cleaned up their mess before leaving.
