Description of Work: The crew of two were efficient, finishing the job ahead of schedule. (They repaired the drywall in my front room. ) They asked if there was anything else, and soon I had more cracks and nail pops prepped for the painter. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Patching hole in drywall and repairing drywall tape which was coming loose. They also smoothed out some imperfections in walls of a room I am getting ready to paint.

Description of Work: Recaulking tiled shower area

Description of Work: Drywall repairs. Went very well.

Description of Work: He fixed a ceiling fan, a lamp, and a china closet door. He also fixed a remote and put a railing on one of the steps.

Description of Work: An egress door is being put in my basement. The work hasn't been done yet due to weather and scheduling. However this hasn't been a problem. Joshua has maintained contact appropriately and we are hoping to get the work done next week weather permitting.

Description of Work: Re-grouted bathroom floor and shower. | |Initially the floor looked great! But in just a week or so, the grout started chipping up and now the floor looks worse than it did before they started. I called and tried to get him to come back out, but he told me he was very busy, and had only one day that he could come look at it and it was not a day that was good for me. I've not heard a word from him since.

Description of Work: I called to schedule an estimate. A day was set, but he didn't show up or call to let me know he wasn't going to make it.

Description of Work: Great experience. Arrived on time and went right to work on the slow drain. Finished the job in 10-15 minutes tops! Would definotely use again.

Description of Work: Joshua Roark did a great job hanging a huge, heavy mirror on the plaster walls of our old house. He worked us into his schedule, came on time, and did a great job. We are excited for him to come back as we work to improve our house.
