They are really super good. The guy who comes out is near to where I stay. He said he can get here if I needed him. I have used them three times in three weeks; once in my house and twice where my son lives. They were recommended by another company for all the big work that needs to be done on an air conditioner. I had the guy come over and check my air conditioner and it was just a capacitor, which was a $36 part. Then I called him back because I couldn’t feel it running. I told that we still had a problem. So, he went under the house and found that all the duct work was pulled out by a cat or something. He didn’t charge me for the service call or anything for coming back. They went under the crawlspace and tied everything up because it had all come loose. They are very punctual about calling back. They have always worked me in when I needed to. I used them originally for my air conditioning and then I used them in the winter for my heating when my furnace went out. They came back the night my furnace went out and fixed that. Then they came on a weekend and took it apart since they didn’t want to do it that late. They did what really needed to be done for major repairs. When they came back, they didn’t charge me for any kind of service call. There was just a one time charge and I thought that was really fair. Overall, they were excellent. They were over at the fair and that's how I came in contact with them.
