Very knowledgeable and gave me several options. They were up front about the price and did not perform the work until you gave them the approval to begin the work.

The washer was fixed, but the flat rate labor charge was much higher than I would have expected based on the time that was spent on the repair.

Great! He took a look at it in the morning, got the part and came back to fix it in the afternoon. Very professional and very nice. Would hire again with no issues!

They were very professional, came out replaced the part and told us it was probably a good thing that we replaced the part rather than buying a new fridge. Gave us another 3 or 4 years!

William the owner is the best in town ! I have had him fix several appliances and a/c over the last 5 years. He is reasonable, reliable, honest and goes out of his way to help. He came without hesitation on one weekend when our a/c went out. He never fixes anything unless he is 100% sure it is worth it. Would highly recommend !

Mr. King fixed both the the problems, and cautioned us that the ice machine probably would not produce more ice for up to 24 hours. We are very happy that these problems were fixed. He does not take credit cards, only cash or check, but the charge was reasonable, so I wrote a check.

Perfect. This was the easiest appliance repair I have ever experienced. Arrived during the promised time frame and called to let me know he was on the way. Showed me which parts needed to be replaced and gave me a few tips on saving money with my dryer. Very well. The owner is very honest and does excellent work. He explains everything in detail and very reasonable. I have used him several times and highly recommend him. He is trust worthy and will not do or repair anything that is not needed. I feel like I do with my mechanic ( family and a friend ). My mechanics has my best interest at heart, charges reasonable rates and fixes what is truly needed. Can't find too many repair company's like this. Highly recommend.

Wm. came out and fixed our refrigerator same day. He was very prompt and courteous. He stayed after the repair and answered all my questions. He told me that if I have questions in the future when purchasing an appliance to call him first. Will definitely use this company again.

Very efficient, in and out in less than 30 minutes. Professional, courteous, and happy to answer questions. I was less impressed with the flat rate replace-a-part labor of $125. The replacement relay also cost more than double what Amazon charges, but I understand that is how it goes. The $25 facebook discount did help.

This is the second time I have used Precision Appliance. The first time, William fixed my refrigerator and dishwasher. This time, I needed Precision for my oven. I called William Monday evening and he called me back the same night. I explained that the heating element in my oven broke and it was not working. William told me where to locate the model number so that I could give it to him, to get the needed parts. William said he or someone else would be there the next day between noon and three. He arrived during the time period he said and immediately got to work. In under an hour, he fixed the heating element and another part that was also burnt out. Before he left, he checked to make sure that the oven heated up to the set temperature. He was professional, nice, and very knowledgeable. He cleaned the broken parts and trash from the new parts and took it with him. Even though this is a holiday week, he was able to fit me in. Highly recommend Precision Appliance/William King.

William was friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual and his price was very reasonable. He will be the first person I call next time I have a problem with an appliance.

As our house is under a home warranty. So, Old Republic Home Protection Company, connected us with PRECISION APPLIANCE SERVICE. They were super responsive, timely in their repair and also took the time to explain some things to me and make suggestions.

Our Maytag Bravo Dryer needed repair at 13 months. The clothes would get hot but would still be sopping wet. We thought that it was the blower and expected the worse. We called Precision Sunday afternoon and received a call back later that day. Precision came the next day and repaired the dryer by noon and lucky for us, it wasn't the blower. We appreciate the fast reliable service. We have 2 sons, a dog and 3 cats so we utilize the washer/dryer every day. Will definitely use them again if needed.
