Description of Work: Turned in 4 clothing items, got 3 back. Paid in full and was told one item had a stain that needed to be treated again. Returned to pick up item and it's lost. Was told I needed to call back to check on lost item. I told them to call me.

Description of Work: They ruined a pair of expensive white summer pants. There was a very small coffee stain which they did not remove when I went to pick them up. I submitted them again and they kept the pants for about a month saying there was a piece of equipment they were waiting for. When I went to pick them up the spot had gone from less than a quarter of an inch to a huge tyellow spot bigger than a large egg. They refused to pay for the pants even though the clerk knew they had never looked like that when originally brought them in.

+ -1 moreI dropped off a wedding dress my daughter bought used. They took the dress without an appointment and went over it very carefully with me to see what areas might need attention and asked if there were any tears or repairs needed. The next day they called to tell me they were afraid the flowers attached to the dress may not be able to withstand the cleaning process. After a discussion we decided together that they should remove one flower and clean it and see what happened. They called me back and told me the flower had done fine. In the end, the had to remove all the embellishments from the dress and clean them and the dress separately then re attach the embellishments. They made the dress look fabulous and the bride will never know the whole story! They go above and beyond any customer service you can find these days. They charged less than I expected and they went beyond my expectations.
