He will always come out to check our system if we ever have a problem. I know I can trust him to tell me what is going on and to make the right repairs. Description of Work: As a landlord I have several properties with A/C units. I call Mr. Pierce and he calls the tenant to set up an appointment and then sends me a bill. I have used his services many times over the years, including my own home. He is prompt, clean, professional, and very fair in his pricing. On this occasion Mr Pierce replaced a condensing fan motor. Tenant is now cool and happy. And so am I.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE, HE USUALLY ALWAYS CALLS WITHIN ONE DAY OF WHEN I CONTACT HIM. I HAVE USED HIS SERVICES FOR THE LAST FIVE OR SIX YEARS, AND I WILL GET HIM AGAIN NEXT YEAR. HE DOES ALL OF THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE TO MY AIR CONDITIONER.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED AND PUT FREON INTO THE AIR CONDITIONING, TO MAKE SURE IT IS RUNNING ALL SUMMER.
