Before Justin sat with us and explained his proposal, he came to the house and took extensive measurements and created a computer-generated layout of where and what type sprinkler heads/piping would be installed. The morning of our sit down, he explained (in depth) all of the work detail, including what type system he uses. We feel very comfortable with Justin. We appreciate the time he took with us, answering all our questions. We admire his passion and dedication to his business. His work team was punctual and professional. They worked tirelessly for nearly three days. We highly recommend Picture Perfect Irrigation. We know that Justin and his team will always be there for us.

The crew was on time and very professional. The owner of the company was onsite on several occasions making sure we were happy! The detailed, colored layout of the project was so helpful and Mr Wood took a lot of time walking thru these plans. We really hadno question as to what the landscaping would look like once completed but the final results definitely "Wow'd" us!

First Justin came out to look at the potential job. It was a good quote, but it was a busy time for me, so it took a while to make a decision. Justin politely called just to touch base and I was very impressed. He didn't push, but just stayed available when the time was right. When I was ready to make a decision, he came back out to thoroughly explain the install he was going to do. I don't remember how many days it took to do the whole job, but the guys worked hard and diligently. They had quite the time of it in the back with the buried roots, but managed to get through them. They were friendly and very professional. Once the job was done, Justin took the time to carefully explain how to program and use the system. The water coverage is great and our yard has never looked better. Since the installation, there have been times where other contractors doing outside work for us have damaged the sprinklers. Justin came out each time to fix them for us and even helped fix our underground pet fencing that had been damaged. Each time, he was prompt and thorough. I just can't say enough about how helpful and diligent Justin has been and would recommend Picture Perfect Irrigation to anybody.
