I called them in the Fall of 2012 for the free roof inspection. Someone came out to my house and told me to wait until the Spring to make a claim so that my roof will look worse to the adjuster and possibly get more money from my insurance company. (I can't remember the name of the man but he no longer works there.) In the Spring of 2013 I called them back and went throught the free inspection again and then called my insurance company to make a claim for wind and hail damage. That's when I found out that my insurance company only covered the depreciated value, not replacement cost because I was too late in making the claim. I had 180 days to make the claim and get my roof replaced, not one year, as told to me by all the PMI Contracting people. (If they didn't know the facts, they shouldn't have said anything as truth.) I was planning on having my roof replaced and just paying the difference. I picked out my shingles....and then they disappeared. I couldn't get them to call me back with a firm price and date for the work. I emailed and called several times and never heard back from them. It's rude, unprofessional, incompetent and very frustrating! I believe that they are a fly-by-night operation and come into areas that have experienced storms, and then leave. It's just bad business to go through the motions and then abandon jobs that homeowners are expecting them to complete. Now I have to start all over with another roofing company.

My father had his roof inspected by Mr. King and recommended I do the same, as we live in the same area. Mr. King promptly called me and within 15 minutes was at my home and did a complete inspection. He was very professional and exuded confidence. I would feel comfortable using this company and was surprised to see the prior review on Angie's List. Per his advice, I will be filing a claim and if warranted, will more than likely use this company to do the work afterwhich I will submit a more comprehensive report.

They came and advertised through our neighborhood on Friday drumming up buisness and we spoke to them about another property we needed an estimate on a roof for hail damage. They said they couldn't get to it that day but they would get to it Monday. They called and asked if somone else had looked at the roof and left a sign in the front yard. We told them Friday that we did but we weren't given a quote. The gentleman said ok and he was getting ready to get on the roof and we never heard from him again. If they are that shady with the inspections then what do you thing their work would be like.
