Leslie called about 10 minutes before original appointment for noon 5/5/16 to advise me she was cleaning a home that was having their kitchen remodeled and she would not make our appointment for a cleaning estimate. She also stated she had a cleaning scheduled for 1 pm. My appointment was rescheduled for 5/6/16 at 11 am. I got a text message 5/6/16 at 9:38 am to tell me she was sick and she was not able to make it a second time. The text was an unprofessional way to inform a customer. Why not face the issue with a phone call? There was no offer of any kind made to encourage me as a potential customer. She I only said "sorry!". This was not a good experience. I am not sure why this service is on Angie's list. Very disappointed!

Leslie is a very good housekeeper. She consistently cleaned our 2 story house and basement. We have hardwood floors throughout and multiple pets and we always come home to a clean house! She is honest and punctual and was even willing to work around our schedules on multiple occasions!

Not well. Not reliable and wanted certain mops dusters and cleaning products. After getting what she requested she was not reliable, underestimated the time needed to clean and did not want anybody at home when she cleaned.

I found Leslie on Angie's List and she has been great! She is reliable, thorough, and the house looks and feels amazing after she is finished. We have 3 cats so the fur and dust is hard to manage, but she leaves our house sparkling. Her prices are fair and she does a great job. I have very high standards and I would absolutely recommend Leslie!

Description of Work: I found Leslie on Angie's List and she is wonderful. She came to my house to assess my home and set up a schedule. We discussed my priorities and the cleaning products and tools that she likes to use. I was going to purchase the specific mop she prefers when she called to tell me she had found it in a buy one get one free sale and would pick it up for me since she was buying one for herself. She wasn't going to let me reimburse her but I insisted! She cleans my house from top to bottom and it is a joy to come home to a sparkling clean home that smells so fresh and clean. My bathrooms never looked so good, especially the shower doors that I can never get streak free! My wood floors are shiny and everything is spotless. I feel very lucky to have found this hardworking, trustworthy and experienced professional.

Leslie brought her own tools. I supplied the cleaning products I prefer. In 5 hours she cleaned 4 bedroom, 5 baths and a lot of wood floors. A very professional service.
Description of Work: Leslie was very punctual. Brought her supplies right in to the house and in 5 minutes was at work. The house is clean, smells great and my wood floors shine. The amount was just as we had discussed during the estimate. No surprises. How nice to come home from work to a clean house and know you have someone you can trust.

Ms. Clark has worked for me for over 10 years. I trust her and she respects my needs. If there are schedule changes we both try to work it out. Each time I some home after Ms. Clark cleans, she has done something special to make the house look fresh, either in the bathroom, bedroom or kitchen. Her little touches always make me happy.
Description of Work: House cleaning for a 4 bedroom, 21/2 bath house with 2 dogs and 3 residents. Ms. Clark is prompt, responsive to my requests and a very good cleaner. I love coming back to the house after Ms. Clark is finished....the place looks fabulous. The bathrooms are sparkling and even my ugly kitchen floor looks good. We have lots of books, CD's and paper around that Ms. Clark gently puts aside. I can always find everything after my house is cleaned. The important thing for me is that I need something done, Ms. Clark takes care of it. My Clark is not like other services that are good the first time they clean and then get sloppy. She is always on top of her game. She take my dogs, their hair and their barking in stride. She comes to work. She bring her equipment and I supplement the consumables. Ms. Clark is at the house for three hours.
