17 year old EFIS needed to be re-painted or re-coated. After receiving 3 bids on both re-coating and re-painting, decided to go with full re-coat of EFIS (Exterior Finish & Insulation System - synthetic stucco). Painting estimates were 2/3's the price of re-coat. Owner/President John Wade was professional and very knowledgable. Knew the history of EFIS problems and how to best prevent them (moisture intrusion being the primary pitfall for EFIS). Worked was performed as per estimate and timely. The "B" not "A" on quality from a few clean up issues - screens on screen porch could not be completely cleaned.
Description of Work: Had Whole house EFIS re-coated.
