Description of Work: I have recently hired Perfect Earth to perform regular lawn service and they are doing a wonderful job. They have performed additional services promptly and provide suggestions to improve the property.

Description of Work: Back yard leveled, prepped and seeded

Description of Work: I called for an estimate to power seed. Tom, the owner, came out and measured and followed up with an email estimate. I accepted the estimate and got on his schedule to do the work. He power seeded, removed thatch, applied a starter fertilizer, and cleaned up. I was advised on a watering schedule and told to inform the lawn treatment guy about what was done so he could make adjustments if needed.

Description of Work: The guys from perfect earth landscaping came out to basically scrap our commercial property's lawn and go nuts with it. We had recently had a dead tree removed and started out with a blank slate. Tom and Drew are definitely a power-couple in the world of landscaping. Drew came up with a spectacular design concept, and Tom was there to look pretty and show me how awesome everything would turn out. These guys are PASSIONATE about what they do, and the best part is they do it all themselves (or at least that’s how my job went). We had probably over 200+ plants, three trees, a few tons of boulders and 4 or 5 dump trucks of top soil put in place with the rest of the lawn covered in sod. They also helped remove an old sign post which was filled with hornets. My whole company stood at the front window and laughed as they were getting chased around the yard, but relentlessly attacking the sign post with their Dingo (the name of their demo tractor).

Description of Work: Weeded front and side beds, took out old landscape fabric, trimmed 3 Foster Holly trees and 5 bushes, edged the beds, and put down new cedar mulch. Beds were sad and neglected and now look great!

Description of Work: Tom overhauled our backyard! We had drainage issues and it was uneven due to some trees being removed over the years. He leveled the yard, built an 8x8 raised bed garden, added border beds with mulch, installed a drainage pit system in the back corner and planted bushes along our deck. He laid sod and returned to seed and maintenance the grass for us.
