Paul David has been mowing our lawn for about 4 years. He does a very neat job for a reasonable price and is reliable and easy to communicate with. We are very pleased with his service.

Professional job. Reasonable price.

Paul has me on his schedule and mows my lawn when it is needed. I wasn't home, and didn't need to be. He keeps my lawn looking groomed.

I really enjoy not having to worry about my yard. It always looks good. If I am having a party or special event, Paul does what he can to get my yard prepped and to not be mowing during the get together. He is a hard working, reliable guy. He has professional equipment and really seems to enjoy creating a nice looking lawn. He mows, sometimes in two directrions, weedeats, and blows any clippings of the sidewalk or driveway. Anyone in the Lake Forest area would be very pleased to have him do their yard.

He charges $30 per visit and he has not changed his charges from four years which is amazing. He comes every week. He started actually with my neighbor and that's how I used him. Now almost everybody in our locality uses him. I am now one of his better customers, so I get him on a Thursday or a Friday. He has taken down some dry branches just before the winter season when things become a little dry. He also cleans up really nicely. So when you get the little grass on the pavement and patio, he comes with the little blower and blows that off from the patio. He also blows it off from the furniture which is really nice. He does very neat and very good work. I have contracted him for the next year.
