deck cleaning
 + -1 moreThe owner repsonded very promptly to my initial call, and came out to determine an estimate a few days later. After we hired him and he scheduled dates for the work, he was very gracious to rearrange the dates when our painters conflicted at the last minute. On one day, they came out to do the washing, and a few days later, the staining/sealing was completed. The only complaint I have is that he did not protect my plants and grass around the deck, and they did sustain some damage. This was after he noted what a good job he did to protect valuable plant specimens at a previous customer's home. Our deck looks great now!
Description of Work: They pressured-washed our deck (using wood soap), applied a chemical to extract mildew, then applied a stain/sealant.

deck cleaning
 + -1 moreThis was a fine transaction. Paul returned my initial call quickly, showed up for the estimate on time, showed up to perform the work on time and due to weather, we mutually agreed to delay the final staining until more accommodating weather. He took great care to cover and work around a lot of landscaping plants with no damage whatsoever. He left the area clean, no overspray of chemicals or stain anywhere. All in all, this was a professional job done well.
Description of Work: Pressure wash, use cleaning and brightening products, use wood conditioning products and return after drying time to stain the deck. This deck is approximately 1000 square feet in size. All products used were Behr cleaners, brighteners, conditioners and stains from a local supply store.

 + 0 moreIT IS A GOOD SERVICE. HE'S DOING FINE FOR A SMALL COMPANY. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY DID COME IN THE MORNING, WORKED, AND LEFT. I WAS AT WORK. NOTHING WAS DAMAGED OR SPILLED. EVERYTHING IS FINE.
Description of Work: THEY DID PRESSURE WASHING FOR THE DECK AND STAINING. THE AREA WAS NOT THAT BIG. IT WAS A DECK OF AVERAGE SIZE. THEY DID WASHING WITH A PRESSURE WASHER.
