UPDATE ON ROOF Todays date is Oct. 15 2013. Six years after Patterson Roofing installed my roof. After 6 years and thousands of dollars spent trying to fix their mess and repair ceiling for the third time I finally gave up and had another new roof put on my house. I would not let these people put a roof on my dog house. Save youself tons of money and stress, Do not let Terry Patterson install a roof for you. I'm not sure that the people he hires have ever done a roof and he's never around and obviously doesn't care about the quality of the work performed.

LOUSY EXPERIENCE
Description of Work: I HAD A NEW FOOF INSTALLED IN 2007 TO A ROOF THAT WAS OLD BUT NOT LEAKING. THE NEW ROOF HAS LEAKED SINCE THE DAY IT WAS INSTALLED CAUSING DAMAGE TO CEILINGS AND WALLS. THEY HAVE RETURNED AT LEAST 15 TIMES AND THE ROOF IS STILL LEAKING. I AM CURRENTLY HAVING ANOTHER COMPANY REPAIR THE LEAKS. THE OWNER TERRY PATTERSON IS A JERK AFTER HE GETS YOUR MONEY, AND EVEN INFORMED ME THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH MY PROBLEMS. THE NEW COMPANY TOOK PICTURES OF RUSTED NAIL HEADS , HOLES IN THE NEW SHINGLES, TORN SHINGLES, NO FLASHING, ECT. ECT. JUST PLAIN OUT SHODDY WORK THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED IMMEDIATELY. BUT FOR WHATEVER REASON FOUR YEARS LATER HERE I SIT WITH THE PLASTER ON THE CEILING FALLING ON MY HEAD. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT HIRE PATTERSON ROOFING.
