Other than needing cleaning, the jacket was in excellent shape. The collar, needless to say, was quite dark and oily, so I was looking for someone who specialized in leather. I chose Parrot Cleaners (even though they were not conveniently located) because of their rating on Angie's List and their ad in the phone book for leather and suede. When I took the jacket in, I talked to the fellow that actually does the cleaning and he told me that the collar, due the amount of discoloration, would probably come out slightly lighter. I told him I did not expect it to be perfect due to its age and condition. I took the jacket in on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, they switch over their machines to run leather and suede on Saturdays, so I missed the deadline and had to wait an additional week for the work to be performed. No big deal, just FYI. After cleaning, the collar was slightly lighter in the area that had been oily - as the operator had predicted - but considering what he had to work with, he did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

Can always count on them to take good care of my clothes and pick up and deliver as promised.
