+ -1 moreWhen our brand new LG 65 inch television began having issues we were directed by LG to contact Parkway Electronics for our repairs. Even though it was in the evening we got ahold of someone right away. Tony was attentive, friendly and professional both over the phone and when he came to our home. He took the time to listen and diagnose our problems and was proactive about keeping in touch with us during the whole process of approval from LG and parts ordering. Working with him has been a great experience and I would contact him for any other repairs in the future. The reason our repair has no price listed is that the television is under warranty so LG has to pay for the services.

+ -1 moreHe was very professional! He got back with us quickly. We had another television that was not able to be repaired and he did not charge us for that one. We highly recommend him and would definitely take our televisions to him again.
Description of Work: We needed our LG Television repaired. Tony was able to order the part that was needed and we had our tv back in a week. He also told us that he would diagnose it and if he did not think it was worth repairing, he would let us know.

+ 0 moreTony is the kind of guy anyone would gladly welcome doing business with. While he was actually called to fix our microwave, the business also deals in repairs of televisions of all kinds, home theater systems, DVD and VCR repair. The company are warranty authorized for RCA, GE Philips, Magnavox, Sharp, Sanyo, Fisher, Zenith, Pioneer, Welton, Techwood, Apex and others. Tony was personable, respectful, clean-cut and did great work. In all I would give the Parkway Electronics/Tony experience an A+.
Description of Work: Our 4 year old microwave died. Yep, it's true ~ they simply don't make appliances like they used to. I called Charlie Wilson's Appliance where we purchase the microwave as I didn't know who else to ask and was referred to Parkway Electronics as the 'only one we use for microwaves.' My call was answered by "Tony" ~ a great guy who said he could be here in two days. He asked that I check a couple of things first (does the turn table turn?/ does the microwave heat water?) so that he was more apt to have the needed part with him. He said he would arrive today at 2:00 and at 1:20 called to say he was on his way. He was at the door at 2:00 sharp. After only a few minutes, he diagnosed the problem (a secondary interlock switch had gone bad) and told me what the problem was, how much it would be to replace it ($100 for service run, part and labor ~ very reasonable!) and had our microwave working perfectly inside of 30 minutes.
