Description of Work: They painted my foyer, family room, and up the stairs, plus the ceiling in this same area. It's a two-story room, with 17' ceilings. They were very professional and did a great job. I was very happy with their work, and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They painted our newly finished basement area in addition to many other rooms in the house. | |Skip and Robin are absoultey fantastic to work with. Robin responded almost immediately to my initial request for an estimate via Angies List. Skip arrived on time and even called ahead so we could have the dogs put away before he arrived. We had the estimate the next day. | |You can expect a very professional crew to arrive at your home to start work promptly at 8:00 am (They will be sitting outside by 7:50 and be on the door step at 8:00). Skip has very high expectations for his people and they work on a coordinated schedule with breaks and lunch set for specific times during the day. | |The quality of their work is exceptional. They don't cut corners and go above and beyond to fix even the most minor imperfections that your drywall contractors and original builder did shoddy work on. Skip repaired and repainted a few things after they were done simply because he was not happy with how it looked (and I would have probably never noticed). They treated our home like it was thier own. | |In addition, they cleaned up and replaced furniture every day before leaving so our house was useabe even if they had to move it all again and re-drape everything to start work the next morning. I full well expected to be in the guest bedroom for 3 nights due to all the drywall work on the ceiling in teh master bedroom, but that isn't how these folks roll. | |The painting was the highlight of our otherwise less than satisfying remodeling experience. I am so glad the construction contractor did not offer painting and I was fortunate enough to find Skip and Robin as they are fantastic!!!

Description of Work: They painted the living room, dining room, hallway. Also did some repair work to the ceiling. They did a fantastic job for us. Never once did I feel like they were rushing the job. Workers were very pleasant and answered any questions we had. I would most certainly use them again.

Description of Work: They were the most professional and friendly group I have ever dealt with in home repair. They were able to fit me in quickly (within a few days) and finish the job on time with no mess left for me to clean up. The rooms looked really great.

Description of Work: Sanded rod iron fence, and stained/painted deck. The fence both front and back came out great better than expected. although they were a little pricey both the deck and fence came out great would hire again because they did what they said they would do and I was very pleased with the work.

+ -1 moreThe workers were here at the time they said they would be and were polite and friendly. The job was completed in the time we were told it would take. I would use this company again and am very happy that we have found a painter that we will be able to call on in the future.
Description of Work: We had a kitchen, family room, livingroom, and halls all painted. All the rooms have very high ceilings. They fixed all the cracks and holes in the drywall and lightly sanded prior to painting. All the furniture was moved and replaced upon completion of the job.

+ -1 moreVery well. I emailed them and rec'd a response and a date for an estimate within 24 hrs. On the day of the work they showed up on time and ready to work. They moved the furniture out of the room and got started right away. By the time I returned from work they'd finished painting, had cleaned up, and had the furniture back in place. Pictures were back on the wall and all I had to do was pay them. Great work.
Description of Work: Painted walls, ceiling, crown molding and trim around 3 windows as well as a french door.

+ 1 moreSkip and Robin were very professional. I talked to them one day, saw them the next. They emailed me an estimate that night. I explained I had a time crunch and he fit the whole job in, including a room I tacked on at the end. Very through in explaining what was going on. He and his workers were all polite, clean and friendly. They worked solidly and for full days. Clean up was done and I never had to ask for anything. Skip and I walked around at the end and I didn't see anything that needed touch up. I typically hate having workers in my home, but this company was a pleasure to have around and I've already asked for more estimates for future work. I will be hiring them again.
Description of Work: Extensive drywall repair to 1 large bedroom, painted, including walk in closet. Removed wall paper, dry wall repair, painted two bathrooms. This also included installation of some electrical items, a new door, all of the hardware (including towel racks, etc.)

+ -1 morePainting the Town (PtT) was extremely responsive, my call was answered promptly, my estimate appt. was shceduled in a timely manner, Skip showed up right on time for my estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable about painting, completely understood what I was trying to accomplish and articulated the correct way to resolve my settling issues and recommended new paint technologies to address issues I had with how long the paint job had lasted. Every day he (and his assistants) appeared right on time, left everything in an orderly manner, and completed great painting and repair work. The job actually started a couple of weeks earlier than expected, which was fine with us, as we had other work to do once the painting was completed. I did not have to lift a finger: all furniture was moved, pictures/drapes taken down and replaced, everything was appropriately draped, and if there was a spot of paint spilled, I did not see it. The job took exactly as long as Skip said it would. Skip was also extremely patient with all of the picky, tiny touch-ups I wanted on the last day. PtT is extremely professional. I checked several of their references, and all were raves. Including mine. Just hire these folks, they take HUGE pride in their work, they are very good at what they do, and their price is reasonable.
Description of Work: Filled and painted all settling cracks in molding, ceilings, walls and door/window casings. Painted kitchen and breakfast area, 2 kids rooms, and master bedroom. Fixed two areas of drywall from plumbing repairs, prepped and painted, fixed window casings from leakage problems. Cleaned and washed brick and mortar repair work done around windows. Basically took an 8 year old paint job and refreshed it.

+ 0 moreWow! These folks are amazing. Right from the beginning, the husband and wife both showed up on time for the estimate and were very professional. They sent us a really detailed estimate within 24 hours by e-mail. Once we accepted, they got us on the schedule. On the day they were scheduled, they came in and moved all of the furniture and covered all of it and all of our floors. They wouldn't let us lift a finger! They were really nice (and funny too!), but most importantly they did an outstanding job. They had tools and equipment we had never seen before. On the second day we just left the door unlocked, because we felt like we'd known them all of our lives! We highly recommend this Company!
