Description of Work: Jack & his team did a vast amount of plumbing work on an older home. They installed water lines & vents for a bathroom addition which included a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. They also replaced most of the lines & all of the fixtures in the original bathroom. In the kitchen, they ran all new water line, a gas hook-up for the range, installed a new faucet and dishwasher. In the basement of the house, they replaced some of the water lines and installed a new hot water heater.

+ 0 moreThe day of the service, the owner of Pacific Plumbing (Jack Graham) telephoned me to make sure I had been happy with the service. I have used Pacific Plumbing on several occassions before and have always been very happy with their service. Mr. Graham is always professional, courteous and competent. I would absolutely reccomend Pacifc Plumbing to anyone needing their service.
Description of Work: I was having trouble with my shower putting out just cold water, then no pressure when I put the hot water on. The shower also would not turn all the way off. I contacted Pacific Plumbing and received service whithin an hour of my call. I explained to the owner that it was not an emergency, but he got someone out within the hour anyway. The plumber that arrived made sure to put booties on his feet before he entered my home. He was professional, courtious and appeared to be very knowledgable. The work was done in a short time, and was reasonable.

On both occasions they came out the same day, were in and out in no time, and the work was both expertly completed and timely. The price was very reasonable, and the owner of the company called me later each time to make sure I was satisfied.

+ -1 moreJack has always been very prompt in returning my calls. He is very reasonable in his pricing, in fact on the low end of standard plumbing costs. I didn't have to clean up after them, they did a great job in cleaning up. What I also like about Pacific Plumbing is i know the job is going to get done right the first time, i don't have to wonder if I'm not looking over their shoulder if they are trying to cut corners. I think if you need a plumber and you don't call Pacific Plumbing you are doing yourself a disservice.
Description of Work: I have used Jack for a couple different things, he has fixed a leak in a pipe that was behind a wall, and fixed a sink that a previous company(large outfit in Louisville) installed incorrectly.
