Description of Work: Showed up on time, drilled holes around the yard and inserted plastic things they called "termite bait." Lawn service clipped the tops of several off (as predicted by Orkin when installed), and Orkin promised they would replace promptly at no charge. This was several months ago, and several phone calls and one visit/treatment later, the tops have not been replaced. Orkin inspected and sprayed inside where they could easily access, did not move anything or request it be moved. Consequently, there were several areas inside that did not get treated.

 + -1 moreIt was a service contract for a 12-month period. It took them three weeks to get back out to the property to retreat an area after we called which is not acceptable. They were nice and the pricing was good but I wasn't pleased with the treatment as far as the chemical treatment.
Description of Work: I used Orkin Pest Control. They were supposed to do a pest control for ants and spiders.

 + -1 moreWe've had very good luck with them. We used a different company for years and years and they turned over their termite inspections to Orkin. They have been great. We've never had them treat anything. Everybody charges about the same thing.

They're very professional, they'll come out when they tell you they're going to come out, they'll call ahead of time to say they're going to come out, especially if you have a dog, they're very punctual, they write everything down so that you get a full report and they're very discreet because they come and do it and then they leave.
Description of Work: We use Orkin for pest control. They're under contract and were here two weeks ago checking the traps. It's a once-a-year fee of $180 to spray the outside.

 + -1 moreWe had some things in the back yard we wanted to get rid of. They showed us where they thought there was a problem. They came in set traps and carried things off. They did a great job. I thought they were well informed, professional and they made a point of not being too aggressive. The price seemed reasonable, I don't have any basis for comparison. They were very responsive.

 + -1 more.One time I had bugs in the house and he came out the very next day to take care of the problem. I called him when there was a mouse in the house and he came right out.

I DON'T LIKE THE FACT THAT THE PRICE CONTINUES TO INCREASE. LAST YEAR IT WAS $80 PER VISIT, BUT THIS YEAR IT HAS GONE UP TO $99 PER VISIT.
Description of Work: THEY SPRAY UNDERNEATH THE HOUSE AND AROUND THE FOUNDATION. THEY ALSO PUT SOMETHING IN THE WALLS TO KEEP TERMITES FROM EATING THEM.
