Other than a slight delay in responding to our initial contact via their website, OPC has far exceeded our expectations. The tech came out, did a thorough inspection, and then very diligently treated our house and property. He was obviously very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything. He told us what pests would be controlled via standard treatment as well as what would require other measures. He even told us about some we could do ourselves. We were very impressed with his knowledge, friendliness, and diligence. We could not have been more pleased!

I was satisfied with them as they were prompt and helpful. There have been a lot less spiders in my house once they started spraying.

He was very professional and the ants are gone.

I like that they show up and I can pay for the whole year up front. I've been using them for about three years.

The initial call was professional. The technician that came out was professional. I found that I did not need their services at the time, however they will be first on my list for any future issues.

They came out to fix an ant problem we had and they were prompt and showed up on time. They come back once a quarter and spray outside, so we never see them. We haven't had any issues with them. They are a little pricey but it is not too bad.

Their price is good, and the quality of service is excellent. I'll continue to use their services in the future.

They have a four seasons outdoor treatment. It pretty much keeps the bugs outdoors. We pay $240 yearly for their service.

They are pretty good. They would charge me $350 to come out four times a year. If I go with the four seasons plan they are going to spray once inside and outside and the remaining three times only outside. They were pretty professional and they came out right away when I asked them to. They did a thorough inspection. He told me what I need and what I don’t need. I thought they were reasonable as to what they were recommending.

They come on and off and I don’t have to set up an appointment. They are very punctual.

Okolona Pest Control Inc has been very good and very professional. They did everything that they said they would do and they responded when I asked them to. I would give Okolona Pest Control an A overall, and I would use them again in the future.

Everything was great, they came out when they said they would. Most importantly they performed the service they said they would do.

They did a heat treatment to kill the bugs and the eggs. They came back 3 more times and sprayed for follow up, to make sure it was really taken care of. It was such a process, but they completely took care of it. They were very polite and nice when working on this. They would call and let me know 15 minutes before they came, and they would really be there at that time. Ray was the one we worked with the most, and he was wonderful.

They have really great customer service. They call before they come out and send post cards as reminders of the appointments. They also have really good people working for them.

They're fabulous. They don't charge you if they don't have to do any work. They're honest and they don't try to scam you. They're the best in Louisville.

I had a bed bug problem and had to call them again. They asked extra $1000 and I didn’t give. I was extremely displeased and they did not back up on their job. They come twice on the initial time and they still didn’t get rid of my problem. Then they wanted $1000 extra. I looked around and they were the cheapest. I would not use them again.

Their heat treatment is guaranteed. They are excellent. I will absolutely continue to use them.

As I said above, they were prompt, accurate and professional and gave me hint on how to prevent infestations. They killed the bees and fixed the problem. They were wonderful. Thanks Angie's list!!!
