We own a home in the historical preservation district where residential pests are inevitable. We recently switched from Black Diamond Pest Control to OPC for reasons more so to do with customer service and schedule conflicts. OPC has been professional, friendly, personable, and genuine with their service and commitment. The servicemen have been informative and very helpful with at-home tips and prevention strategies. They show a genuine since of care and commitment towards their work - 10-fold compared to previous pest control service providers. Always punctual and straightforward about all costs. Easy auto-pay and automatic return service appointment scheduling so you can make plans ahead of time. We have 4 floors and a carriage house above the garage and they are always very thorough with all their service visits, reminding me to have no hesitation to call in between quarterly visits. If I happen to have any problems in between visits (which have yet to happen) they will happily come by at no additional cost.

They were great. I have monthly service and I have been with them for over a year now. They spray inside and outside. I will continue to use them.

Showed up on time. Guy kind of looked like Eliot from E.T., which I appreciated. Spent a lot of time talking to me about the issue--cicada killer hornets, as well as other pests. Treatment was effective.

came to look at the area of mole tunnels very soon after being contacted -- treated and marked tunnels -- returned to check for additional mole activity and treated again -- after third visit, no more moles! (and there were a lot of tunnels)

did a really good job we been having a lot of spiders this summer, the spider some how got between window and screen making it impossible to open window without spider`s coming into house he even cleaned off the overhang of all cobwebs , we did the seasonal care for it was, in the long run cheaper , they will come back 3 more times every 4 months and spray

The initial visit this past summer was for large black ants that were in the basement. While the lady was here, I had her look at an area in the garage that I was concerned about and she discovered termites. She immediately called the office and scheduled a time when someone could come and take care of the termite investation. They came out and drilled holes in the concrete, injected pesticide and patched the holes. They also put Sentracon (sp?) spikes around the whole house for any swarms of termites that might be lingering. So far, everything is fine. I have checked the garage several times for any futher termite activity and they are gone.

The gentleman from Black Diamond inspected a house I was looking to purchase in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He did a thorough job and called me personally afterward and explained everything he did and what he found. On top of his phone call, he also emailed me the same information so that I could share it with my realtor.

I love their service. They were very professional and they do not subcontract out for many things. I knew who I was going to work with and they cleaned up their mess every day. They were very professional. I had issues with the gutters and they got on the one subcontractor they used for that and the issue was taken care of quickly.

I have an ongoing contract with them. The cost is more than I like but I had a bug problem. You don't even know they are there, they come and take care of the problem and go. I think the price is high, but then again, I don't know anything about pest control, so maybe I am just expecting a lot. I haven't seen any bugs and I have seen any problems related to pest control and so it is good.

We have used them for a long time. They do outside mostly and inside once. I have had to have them come back and spray in between, and they don't charge me or give me a problem about it, they came right out and did it. Their prices are in line with everybody else that I have checked.

They come out and spray the house. They're very reliable. I would highly recommend them.

Being highly allergic to bee stings, we called OPC. We saw bees flying into a board between out deck and house. ( next to screen door and grill). We call OPC and they were able to locate a manager near our home. Lisa Fowler arrived in about 1 hour. She quickly identified the bees as yellow jackets - which can be very mean with harmful stings. Within minutes, the bees and nest were eradicated. Lisa took the extra time to explain what she had done, what for us to look for and to call if we see nay more bees. There are NO Bees! Thank you Lisa!

Very well. The technician was prompt, courteous, and explained in detail what he did.

OPC does a good job of keeping the bugs away. The treat quaterly, adjusting treatments for the different types of bugs during the year. If you have a service contract as we do, they will come out and treat between scheduled treatments if necessary. They are very thorough and professional. Since we have been using OPC (three years) we have not had any issues with insects.

I called OPC to schedule a spraying or fogging in my garage for stink bugs. They told me that although they could come out, that the stink bugs are not harmful and the spraying would not get rid of them. I had never had such an infestation of them before! I can not stand any bugs, so I called another company, just to see what they had to say. The other company told me the same thing. I appreciate OPC,s honesty! Thank you!

Quarterly visits & maintenance Moles are gone!

They're just great. Their price was reasonable and they were punctual.

They show up fast if you call, treat thoroughly and are very professional. Nice guys too.

We did use them for some woodwork and not for painting. I think they did a great job, I didn't have any negative feedback at all. I think they did good and excellent. They evaluated, did an inspection and they delivered and gave their estimate. I think the price was reasonable and the work was good.

OPC Pest Control is branching out into odd jobs. They were thorough in removing mirrors and replacing them to do the job well. Their customer care was the best thing about OPC Pest Control because we had a minor complaint and management immediately took care of it. I have referred them to friends.

When they treat inside, things have gone very well. The ants stay away. When they just treat outside, it doesn't seem to help. Have not been able to convince the tech to climb under the house and try to kill off the nest. He just wants to treat areas to keep them from entering the living space.

They came out and looked at my hosue and detached garage. They were very punctual and professional. Heard great things via the other reviews. I opted to take the 4 seasons plan so I would not have to worry about bugs all year long. The only things I've seen have been spiders in the garage and the bassement has had spiders and black bugs but they only started coming in as the weather was getting colder (to be expected). I have been very pleased. Anytime something has come up they have taken care of it, all included into the package I purchased. I have no worries about bugs any more and know if I need something they will be there ASAP to take care of me. Wonderful job!
