They are very responsive and competent. They take care of my issues quickly. I have been very happy with them. I have been using them for the last 20 years now.

I was pleased with their services. They satisfied my needs. They've taken care of all of those and I haven't had a problem.

They service my house four times a year. I do not see many rodents in the house that means it is working. I only wish they were a little bit cheaper.

They charge around $800 to get rid of the termites and every year I pay an additional $175 to stay on the maintenance contract. They put traps around the house and the traps show if they get any additional hits. There was couple of more hits over in the corner of our house. They are a little bit expensive, but if you want to get rid of termites, they are guys to use.

WIth the year round service, they notify of when they will be around. No one needs to be home. They leave a paper explaining what was done. I've called a couple times-- seeing spiders inside, etc-- they came the next day and serviced the interior and double checked the exterior. The service include protection against mice too. I've never really had that issue, and still do not. The tech also suggested I no longer spend $$ on interior/exterior pesticides, mouse traps, etc. Call OPC instead, because we already paid for the service.

very nice to deal with - called in office and ask how much they charge to rid wasps from my hot tub and she immediatly quoted me $95 and said they could come the next morning. They came - they got rid of them, removed the nests and destroyed it. I am very pleased and will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.

Efficient, professional service technician. Provided initial service and returned in 2 weeks to inspect andre-treat any problem areas. Advised me to call if any problems before next quarterly treatment/visit.

In the meantime OPC contacted me an attempted to charge far more than the agreed upon price. I had to make several phone calls to rectify the situation. The bill issue has diminished my opinion of OPC.

The workers from OPC were prompt and efficient from the initial contact to the follow up visit. They explained everything and answered all the questions we had. The process was costly, but I would recommend this company to others.

I initally had OPC treat my detached garage and home perimeter due to Brown Recluse duing 10/13. The technician was very thorough in treating my garage. He was very professional, seemed knowledgeable about Brown Recluse, and was able to answer all my questions. He was also calm and did not instill additional fear in me about having Brwon Recluse. He disucssed a treatment plan that I felt was resonable in price. He covered almost every crack of my garage with chemicals and seemed genuinely invested in irradicating my problem. I recently had a gentlemen return on follow up and he was equally as professional and detailed in his work. He informed me of what spider he saw, reset traps, and discussed plan for follow up. He was also calm and efficient in his work. I would highly recommend OPC for Brown Recluse treatment.

It has worked out fine. They do a good job. I don't see any bugs.

I plan on buying into a yearly plan which is very affordable.

They came out and inspected the insect and informed me it was a specie of beetle. He was prompt, courteous and detailed.

On September l8, 2013, an employee checked our house, inside and out, and the |yard for carpenter ants and for termites. We contracted to have the house sprayed |for insects 4 times in the coming year. The employees we have dealt with have |been very professional, seem to be quite knowledgeable, and answered all of our |questions politely and fully. Their work is very thorough. We are very satisfied. |The price was for the inspection and for 4 applications.

They spray and check and refill the mice bait. I used to have a house full of mice until I started using them. They know how to keep all the pests away.

The representative was very helpful and informative. We also had a lot of spiders in the basement. After he sprayed the house he explained to my husband how to take care of things If we saw pests between services. We did sign up for the 4 seasons plan.

We purchased OPC's Four Seasons program because it seemed like a great value -- OPC comes out four times a year to spray for pests, and they'll come out any time you need them in between the regular visits for no additional charge. They're always very courteous and help us find pet-safe options so our fur kid doesn't accidentally poison herself. Keeping up with your pest control schedule is important when you live in a densely populated neighborhood like ours, and OPC just sent out our January appointment reminder card -- they really make it easy to stick to the schedule.

It went well, OPC stayed about 1 hr. treating for pests. They came back about 2 weeks later and treated an area around the kitchen sink again and we haven't seen any ants since. They come out every 3 months and treat for pests. So far everything is ok.

It is going well. They are really helping us out a lot. I've hired come out every month. I really like them.
