Description of Work: Arrived on time. Fully explained contract. Answered all questions. Initial visit was $100 but included inside home, including garage and basement. Everything went great. They will also come and retreat, at no charge, if you see insects. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: Summer mosquito spraying was somewhat effective but it rained every time they came out so that was difficult to make the product work. They did come back out for follow up when it rained so much. Really appreciate the customer service.

Description of Work: We thought our home might have bed bugs, but they came to our home, confirmed that we did not, went through all of our bedding, really taking a lot of time and being very thorough and eventually discovered a teeny spider that had been biting us in one of the beds. They did not charge us for this...not a dime.

Description of Work: OPC comes about once a quarter and sprays around the house and inside if I ask them. They even sprayed around my trees to maintain effective pest control. They also come around once a quarter and check the termite traps they originally set about 2 years ago. They are courteous and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Did preventative maintenance for Carpenter ants in dormer. Coordinated with roofers and took a good look for damage and pre-treated as a preventive measure. Will check 3 more times on a quarterly basis. Assuming no more activity will terminate treatment plan.

Description of Work: We saw these insects that we thought were termites which they were. OPC sprayed and put bait out around the house. They were great, I called and they came right out. They will check and treat as needed. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Initial spraying for insects in general. Spot sprayed inside and entire perimeter along with sweeping for webs and checking for termites. Also checked for moles on request but did not charge for mole check as no tunnels were found. Gave quote on termite control with no sales pressure.

Description of Work: They did nothing. I called there telephone number and left a message on their recorder asking them if their pest control program included mice elimination. I left my telephone number. They never called back. I went to their web site and sent an email to them using their format. Never heard from them. I then called Bluegrass Pest Control at 636-0421 and got an immediate response and timely service.
