It went very well I was pleased

I had used OPC previously for termite inspections during the purchase of my home and was so pleased that I decided to use their services for the remainder of the year. The technician, John, arrived promptly on the scheduled day and time and provided a thorough overview of OPC's services and the types of pests they treat under the annual contract program, including roaches, ants, spiders and rodents. He also informed me of additional services available for a fee to treat termites, fleas, bedbugs, etc. Prior to John's visit, our outdoor patio area was teeming with insects but since the OPC treatment I can now sit outside comfortably. The occasional bugs I would find in the garage have all but disappeared and the interior of my home has been insect free. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly endorsing OPC's services and their technicians for any pest control problems.

The OPC Pest Control inspector arrived promptly to do a visual inspection for a home I was thinking of purchasing. The home was built on a concrete slab so the inspector had to go into the crawl space. Although the home was primarily wood the inspector found no evidence of any damage by pests. He did inform us that the crawl space was full of water which probably explained the lack of termites! Overall the experience went very well, and the price was very reasonable! I will certainly use OPC Pest Control again if needed.

They put in a trap for the mouse and I didn't have to worry about my pets getting into the trap, they caught it and I did not hear from the mouse ever again. They charged me a reasonable amount and I also signed up a quarterly contract with them because it was cheaper than the other quote I had. He actually went around the whole house, up in the gutters, under the gutters and cut down all the spider webs and other things. I thought that was excellent. He was there a few minutes before the scheduled time and when he came back, he called before coming.

Company visited to provide estimate within 2 hours of my call. Work was completed within three days.

I was pleased with the entire experience. Roy Hargis came out from OPC's office and explained the service to my wife and I thoroughly. I thought the price was very fair and their service seemed to be thorough. We made arrangements for our first treatment for the following Monday. Hal Hill arrived ahead of time, which is refreshing when considering some companies arrive late or not at all. He explained what he was going to do and then did it. Everything was put back to normal afterwards. Overall, the technician was friendly and very knowledgeable and explained anything that I asked about.

WE GOT A COUPLE OF ESTIMATES FROM OTHER COMPANIES AND THEY SEEMED TO BE VERY REASONABLE. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND WORKED AROUND OUR SCHEDULE, SO THE SERVICE HAS BEEN QUITE GOOD. THE TERMITES SEEMED TO BE UNDER CONTROL, I'D SAY THE QUALITY HAS BEEN GOOD. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, THEY HAVE UNIFORMS WITH THEIR NAMES ON THEM. THEY ALWAYS CALL ME IN ADVANCE OR I GET A POSTCARD LETTING ME KNOW WHEN THEY'RE COMING. THEY DON'T HAVE TO COME INSIDE. I DON'T EVEN KNOW THEY'RE HERE.

I'VE USED THEM FOR OVER TEN YEARS. I HAVE A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THEM. I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DO AND THEY KEEP THE PESTS AWAY. THEIR PUNCTUALITY IS GREAT. I JUST NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM AS FAR AS MAKING APPOINTMENTS.

THEY HAVE DONE A SUPERB JOB. THE FACT THAT THERE WAS SUCH A MARKED IMPROVEMENT IMMEDIATELY. THE ONLY THING THAT I HAVE NOTICED IS THAT AT NIGHT. THE SECOND YOU TURN ON THE PORCH LIGHT, THESE THINGS COME FLYING FROM EVERYWHERE, BUT WE LIVE IN A SWAMPY AREA.

I LIKE THEM VERY MUCH. I LIKE THEIR WORK. I DON'T HAVE ANY BUGS. THE PERSON WHO HAS COME OUT THE PAST COUPLE OF TIMES, IS A YOUNG WOMAN. SHE'S VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE. I DON'T SEE HER THE WHOLE TIME, BECAUSE SHE'S OUTSIDE. SHE JUST LETS ME KNOW SHE'S HERE.

I TRUST THEIR SERVICES, AND I THINK THEY PERFORM A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY JUST SEEMED LIKE THEY WERE HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL, YOU KNOW, NOT LIKE THEY WERE GOING TO RIP YOU OFF OR ANYTHING. I FOUND THEM TO BE PRETTY REASONABLE ON THEIR PRICE.

I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM, AND IF I DID HAVE ONE, I'D JUST CALL AND THEY WOULD SCHEDULE TO COME BACK AT MY CONVENIENCE. THIS HAS BEEN THE ONLY COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER USED AND HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH IT.

IT'S PRETTY GOOD, I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THEY COME OUT AUTOMATICALLY EVERY THREE MONTHS. I DON'T REALLY DEAL WITH THEM MUCH, OCCASIONALLY I SEE THEM, BUT WE NEVER HAVE MUCH OF A CONVERSATION. I LIKE THEM ENOUGH THAT I'VE USED THEM FOR THREE OR FOUR YEARS.

IT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS VERY TIMELY. THE JOB WAS DONE NEATLY AND IT WORKED. THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE AND POLITE. THEY JUST CAME IN AND DID THEIR JOB AND THEN WENT HOME.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR PROBABLY FIFTEEN YEARS, THEY'RE WONDERFUL. THEIR PRICES ARE RIGHT. WE'VE HAD TERMITES AND THEY CAME AND TOOK CARE OF IT, NO PROBLEM. ALL THEIR PEOPLE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND ALL THE WORK IS DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER.

I THOUGHT THEIR SERVICE WAS GREAT. HE CAME IN THE HOUSE AND HE SPRAYED ALL AROUND THE OUTSIDE PART OF THE HOUSE AND ON THE INSIDE DOWN ON THE FLOOR. I SAW ONE SPIDER THAT NIGHT AND HAVEN'T SEEN ONE SPIDER SINCE.

WE NEEDED TO GET THE DOGS INSIDE BECAUSE IT WAS AN OUTDOOR PROCEDURE AND WE NEEDED TO KEEP THEM AWAY FROM THE SPRAYERS. THEY JUST CALLED AT THE LAST MINUTE .

IT WAS FINE. THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID. SPRAYED FOR THE INSECTS, PRETTY TYPICAL SERVICE. WELL I THINK THE PRICE IS FAIR. THE PROFESSIONALISM WAS GOOD. THEY WERE DRESSED NEATLY AND FRIENDLY. PRETTY EASY TO DEAL WITH.

THE PRICE WAS GREAT AND THE GUY WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED IT ALL. HE MADE SURE WE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO FOR US, FOR THE PRICE. THEY CALLED THE UNDERGROUND UTILITIES AND HAD THEM MARKED. THEY CAME RIGHT ON TIME AND DID IT WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS.

WHEN WE FIRST STARTED USING THEM, THEY WERE A BRAND NEW COMPANY, AND THEIR FIRST CUSTOMERS GOT A REALLY GOOD DEAL. THEY DO EXCEPTIONAL WORK AND HAVE NEVER RAISED THEIR PRICE, EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN 17 YEARS AND THE SIZE OR OUR HOUSE HAS INCREASED. WE HAD AN ANT PROBLEM BETWEEN MONTHLY SERVICES WHICH THEY TOOK CARE OF AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THEIR WORKERS SHOW UP ON TIME AND ACT VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE ALSO VERY TRUSTWORTHY BECAUSE WE LET THEM IN OUR HOME.
