He gave me valuable info on how the termites attack the wood, and how to prevent further damage. Also, I showed him some ants that I had found around a door frame in the house during a door installation, and he assured me that no treatment was necessary since the affected wood had been replaced. So, my problems were solved at no cost to me.

Description of Work: Traps were placed to deal with possible termite issues. The person who came out explained very clearly what would be done and why the service might be superior to our previous vendor, a very popular national service that we no longer trusted. The installation was well done and took relatively little time. Any hesitation that I have is that I do not know how successful it will be in the long run.

They provide the service while we are at work. It is done on the outside of the house. We have seen an improvement in the pest control. It is working.

Description of Work: We had our home inspected as part of our refinance requirement through our VA home loan. The gentlemen who scheduled the appointment and performed the inspection was very professional, and called an hour ahead to let me know that he was running late, as his prior appointment was not at home at the appointed time. He showed up only 20 minutes late and apologized several times, and completed the inspection quickly and thoroughly. He asked to open all crawl space doors and actually crawled under the house (which the prior inspector a year ago did not). I would use their services and recommend OPC, especially since we have worked with two other companies and were not pleased.
