The lady was prompt, professionally dressed, and asked me what and how I would like my house to be cleaned and then asked if I was okay with the investment once she did a walk through and asked a lot of questions. I really appreciated the fact that she took the time to understand my needs and then interjected some additional things I did not think about. The best part is that I felt comfortable and trusted this individual with my home.
Description of Work: OCD Expectations cleaned my house this week and did an exceptional job. They cleaned the restrooms, made beds, swept the floors, mopped the floors, cleaned the baseboards in the main living area, took the trash out, put new bags in the trash cans, dusted, washed some dishes, cleaned out the microwave and my stove. I was very impressed.

Ā + -1 moreI am very pleased with my ongoing service and with Julee. I have a regularly scheduled appointment and Julee is very diligent to keep the schedule. Yet, when I have to adjust the schedule because of travel, she is very adaptable. She cleans in a very thorough manner and will give special attention to anything I ask her to do. I am confident in and comfortable with Julee, enough to leave her alone in my home.
Description of Work: I use OCD Expectations for bi-weekly cleaning in my home. Julee cleans 3 1/2 baths, bedroom, kitchen, living and family rooms.

Description of Work: I was embarrased about even calling her due to the condition of my garage. When I met with her she said it was o.k. and she would not judge me but get my garage back to standard. I was so pleased that I hired her to tidy up my house as well.I got much more than I expected and she even shared a grilling secret with me for grilling steaks. Now my home is clean and my steaks taste even better!

Ā + -1 moreWe started using OCE EXPECTATIONS 3-4 mths ago for monthly cleaning of some areas in our small office.. 3 bathrooms and kitchen/break area. We were using another local service but with mediocre results. The difference after the first cleaning was impressive. Things we really did not notice so much but they took the time to clean.. baseboards are cleaned each time.. walls.. etc. Our employees even said they were excited to see her car pull up! and appreciate the better attention to detail for helping keep our usable areas clean. I am sure this leaves a better impression with our clients too. We continue to use their services and recommend them to others.!
