+ 0 moreWe have never had a dining room in our house and we wanted a huge dining room for family get together. The deck we had was easily replaced. Our neighbor recommended them to me. We told them what we wanted and they drew it up and then we told them what changes we wanted. Pricing was not their priority. We did not have a contract with them so we had a chance to look it over and decide if we wanted to go with them or not. We also did some price comparison and looked at other things they had done and then decided to go with them. They started in September and finished before Christmas. I felt that was pretty impressive as they did a lot of work. We have had only minor problems and they have immediately come back and addressed those. We had a years guarantee for anything. I called them for things that I thought they will charge me for, but they did not. I once knocked off a door, which I could not put back and they came and fixed it and did not charge me. They were very good. They surpassed my expectations. Obviously, I am pretty pleased with the job they did.
Description of Work: We used O'rourke & Assoc Inc in December last year to do our deck when we had an addition put on the house. They have done work for our neighbors and we wanted him to do the deck work, as we wanted a contractor who can do much more than carpentry. They did all kind of work. They also added two doors to the addition of the house. They did a 14 x 14 room and a deck area off to the right of the room and then they did a small landing on the other side of the step, which was 14 x 16 x 15 x 8, which was an addition. The deck was 16 feet. The deck was ahead of a lamp and they could not redo the lamp though.
