+ -1 moreOne air conditioning company told me I needed a new air conditioner. He was able to fix it and told me that I didn't need a new one. He was prompt, professional, polite, and he solved the problem.
Description of Work: I used Norman's Service Company for air conditioning. He fixed my air conditioner.

+ -1 moreWe are selling our house, and the buyers asked us to have the HVAC cleaned and inspected as part of the repair list. Norman was recommended by our Realtor. We called and made an appointment for Friday, July 6. Due to the heat wave, they received a large number of repair calls (no cooling) and were unable to perform service on the 6th. We rescheduled for July 13. On July 13, the service technician was scheduled for that afternoon, but due to a sick child, was unable to make it. We rescheduled again for July 20. Once Steve did arrive on the 20th, the cleaning and inspection went very well. Steve was thorough, efficient, and even took care of cleaning the AC fins (which I hadn't yet gotten around to this season). I was given a discounted rate due to the inconvenience of the multiple reschedules. Overall, I was pleased with the work they did, but there was definitely some aggravation with the scheduling.
