I found the specific brand, type and finishing I was interested in for much cheaper than I could find in any other store (locally and online). The deal was so good that I was actually concerned it would arrive damaged or the wrong item, but the flooring arrived in perfect condition, just as described. My only complain is that it took much longer than predicted to get to my home. Luckily I had given myself plenty of time between the scheduled delivery and the scheduled flooring installation. Still, it arrived in the last possible day, around two weeks after the estimated delivery date. I can't tell if the problem was on Nice Floor end of things, or the company they hire to deliver. Either way, it made the process more stressful that it needed to be.

I did business with this company a couple of times this year. Each and every time, they were knowledgeable, polite, and most importantly, honest. You can depend on them to follow through with every detail. I will be installing additional hardwood next year, and will definitely order my flooring at NiceFloors. Highly recommend this company!

The first pallet arrived and we immediately knew there was an issue with the quality of the hardwood. Boards were not finished properly and parts of many boards had no finish. We called nice floors.com and they immediately started to help. They had the rep from manufacturer involved and arranged for returning the entire pallet. Their service was top notch and were in communication every step of the way. They recommended another manufacturer that we ended up purchasing. I was worried about buying over the Internet but this was a great decision. I would recommend to anyone. Their team of professionals, truly provided great service in our time of need.
