Description of Work: I had them take down and re-engineer a gutter that was on a compound angle and was not trapping water appropriately. The technician cut, bent, and reattached the gutter and relocated the downspout and added an additional barrier.

Description of Work: Paid $79.00 for them to look at job. Got Ken Jordon Contractors for $2,000.00 to fix and paint the interior and fix 2 swags in the roof with 5/8 in. decking because 3/8 in. decking was used and its too light, or not strong enough.

Description of Work: Found and repaired leaky pipe, patched ceiling, replaced weather stripping on front and back doors, hung garage storage units, painted front porch, cleaned gutters, replaced dryer vent. Great quality of workmanship. Lots crossed off my "to do list"! Very happy.

Description of Work: We had David repair a loose board on our deck and straighten our wood fence at the end of our driveway which had been knocked completely loose at one end. He also fixed some folding closet doors which had come off of the track. It only took him half the time we had purchased, so he said he would come back whenever we had something else for him to do. We have a metal front door that had been sticking badly for a while and he looked at it while he was here. He told us he needed a special piece of equipment and that he would be back another day to work on the door. He came back several days later and used the other hour of his time to work on the door. It now opens and closes smoothly. We were totally pleased with his service, his promptness and his skills. We will call on him again when we need some help.

Description of Work: Never called back with a quote on the work. They were out a month ago and not heard from even with a high rating on your list and a great rating from the bbb. Not a great rating with me. No service. In responce to the quote that was not recieved. Yes, he did give me names and numbers of others that can do the work. We did discuss all the work around the house and it was a lot. But I still never heard anything about the hand rails for the steps inside and outside the house. If I ordered the exterior doors what it would cost to install. What about the bedroom doors that stick, the closet door that needs repalced, caulking in the bathroom. The kitchen floor was a peel and stick with some torn, we have the extras can they be fixed? I know the big problems, but why paint, carpet, landscape before the small problems are solved? I guess your nitch is small jobs but not like the small repairs that I need.

Description of Work: I had a variety of items that needed done. I was impressed by Mr. Handyman from the 1st phone call. They treated me with such respect, gave me complete information and were amazingly prompt and thorough in the work completed. The work included 2 outside lights hung, laundry bi fold doors primed, painted & installed, shelf reinstalled and wood blinds installed. The gentleman was so efficient I was amazed.
