+ -1 moreI did have a good experience with him. He came out from a place which is more like an hour from him. His quote was very close to a guy here who was local; so we would probably go with the local guy. I had a really great experience with him as far as showing up and giving a written estimate. He got lost on his way here. He was very responsive with returning phone calls and coming through with the estimate. I had so many people come out here that either didn’t even follow up.
Description of Work: I received an estimate from Moorehouse Construction probably 2 months ago. The estimate was for a remodeling work.

+ 5 moreWe first learned about Moorehouse Construction in response to our request for upgrading bathrooms, and ended up with a total transformation of our home! When Sonny Moorehouse arrived, we were immediately impressed by his keen sense of observation, his ability to quickly assess what needed to be done, and his tasteful suggestions. His primary focus was to make modifications at a moderate cost. He far exceeded our expectations. Pricing was reasonable, services were completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Sonny was always pleasant, accommodating, and took great pride in his work. We could not be happier!
Description of Work: Three Bathrooms were totally refurbished: granite floor tiles and sinks, new lighting, cabinets and mirrors. 20' High Foyer: Wallpaper was removed, walls painted, wood steps refinished, installed new threshold Dinning Room: New lighting fixture, floors rebuffed, painting ... including crown molding Kitchen: Repainted/ new lighting fixture Family Room: Paneling removed, repainted, floors rebuffed, Master Bedroom: Floors refinished, painting, customized walk-in closet installed Master Bedroom Bath - Refurbished: granite floor tiles, installed double vanitiy sinks, new lighting, cabinets and mirrors. Living Room: Refinished two French Doors, rebuffed floor, Clean-up and Hauling all materials
