Home Building
It went very well.
We have used McIntyre Construction for three projects on our
house: a major addition to the back of our house including a deck, a bathroom
remodel and a side door replacement. We
have also viewed a major addition to another home in our neighborhood. I watched that work progress as on my daily
walk in the neighborhood. The quality of the workmanship was obvious. We were
so impressed with the work on that house that we contacted the builder, John
McIntyre, regarding the addition to our house. His bid was less than the two competitors?
for the same work. I expected the
opposite given the high quality of the work he did on the home in our
neighborhood.
My father was a carpenter and built houses. I know
exceptional work when I see it. The best that I can say is that my father would
be impressed with John?s work and he was not easily impressed. His work and
that of his sub-contractors is beyond reproach. He has a cabinet maker that
does amazing work. We have always obtained competitive bids and John beats them
all. You may have to wait before he gets to your job but it will be worth it.
