Description of Work: Met with representative in early October. We were looking for concrete driveway repair as well as drainage and decorative brick laying off the driveway. From three other providers, we selected this group. The committed date for start on the project was October 16th. After repeated attempts to reschedule, they agreed on Saturday, November 12th. Prior to starting the work, I requested a signed contract - committing to the original work deliverables, timeline, and costs. That contract was not faxed in advance, as promised. On November 12th, two representatives from the company showed up. They informed us that the concrete would not be delivered that day, so the project would be delayed. Then, after reviewing the estimate and proposed project, Steve Maultsby informed us that they underbid the work and would have to reconsider the estimate! He then went to his vehicle in front of the house to develop another estimate. He called 5 minutes later - as he was driving away - saying that he couldn't do the work. We wasted our time and our opportunity for others to complete the project. In short, the group was extremely unprofessional and simply did not deliver on their commitments.
