Description of Work: Worked with her to sell and buy house. Also used her 6 years ago and that went well, but this time around not so much. She showed me dozens of houses which was good, but when I would bring up a concern such as a crack in the wall she would say, "you are just used to buying new construction" or "that's why you have an inspection." Come to find out that's not really true. By the time one signs all the inspector paperwork he is basically absolved of responsibility. I should have paid attention to the feeling of "being blown off" when she said these things but sadly I didn't. Also had trouble with the listing of the house we were selling when she didn't even advertise our open house on the mls online. The ad she put in the paper contained incorrect information and when I pointed it out she said it would not matter to potential buyers. We do not feel she was detailed enough and in our opinion did not do her due diligence in representing us.

Description of Work: Marilyn showed me over 30 houses in Louisville in a matter of a few weeks. I'm new to the city and didn't know where to begin so she took notes on my house preferences and then showed me almost everything! Once a house was chosen she walked us through the buying process, always keeping us informed.
