 + 0 moreMy had him come out and give us an estimate of $400. We set it up for 2 weeks after that. He never came. After we called 9 times, we were finally called back. After the time lapse he reduced the price down $50. He may have had some personal issues and we were not mad at him and understood when he didn't want to talk about it. He did an excellent job with the floors. I think that he would have showed up on time he would have gotten an A.
Description of Work: They stripped, cleaned and sealed my marble floors.

 + -1 moreThey were supposed to come back and do some finishing stuff, but they have not come back out to finish it. We were not pleased with the way that they cleaned the floor.

 + 0 moreThe flooring looked awful and had deep scratches and buildup of waxy cleaning products. Jim showed promptly and gave me an estimate. I had to reschedule the work, due to problems with another contractor. Jim was very responsive. He did an excellent job and made the floor look new. I would highly recommend this company.
