house cleaning
Ā + -1 moreThe quality of the cleanings were good at first, but tapered off. Today I came home to find a trash can not emptied, floors not swept well (broken glass, clothing price tag still on the floor), table and desktops with stains still on them. I emailed the owner to cancel and ask for a refund. She refused refund and was abrupt in her response, although a few hours later she did send a kinder email and offer to provide a free cleaning.
Description of Work: Bi-weekly house cleaning for a residential home.
