Description of Work: I had an old Sony 500 multi disc CD player which no longer worked. They were able to get it working for me.

 + -1 moreThey first looked at my reciever for free after closing hours, and found nothing wrong, which there wasn't. RE the DVD player, they took their time to explain politely why it couldnt be fixed and answered all my questions. I love how much they care about what they do. They love vintage equipment and customer care. It's old school mom and pop for audio fans.

 + -1 moreThese folks did an outstanding job of repairing my ancient equipment. I left a $25 deposit on an estimated repair cost of $80. The job was completed even faster than estimated, and they replaced my 30-year old phonograph needle, in addition to fixing the timing mechanism. My turntable works as perfectly as it did when I bought it in 1977. This is a great repair company.
Description of Work: My old turntable developed problems with maintaining its proper speed. After years of disuse, a friend told me that Magnetic Tape Center repaired all kinds of vintage to current stereo equipment.
