After requesting a quote on Angie's List, I received a call back from Maeser. They were courtious and quick once I agreed to on the phone for the service tech to come. I recevied a text with a picture of the tech ariving and an approx. time. They arrived and quoted me a what I left like a fair price. They quickly did the work.

They were professional and prompt, disturbed as little landscaping as possible, and completed the work quickly.

We were very satisfied. Everything was left clean and they quickly had everything completed.

received call 30 minutes prior then received text with a picture of Jeremy - love that concept. Arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule, showed him and his partner their 'patients' and within 35 minutes all was done. Very Professional - good attitude.

Made an attempt to schedule maintenance and was informed about a 5 star plan that required monthly payments. When I asked if I could just pay this upfront instead of making monthly payments I was told this would be an extra $40. I could not wrap my head around how that makes any sense at all so I did not move forward with any service.

This was a big job of completely remodeling an older bathroom with all new fixtures, flooring, lighting and cabinet. Anna Wilson guided us through the process and was very helpful. The Maeser folks who worked on the project were all very professional and prompt. There were a few hiccups along the way with subcontractors but Anna helped with those as well and we were very happy with the outcome.

I call them out to repair a leaking faucet but they did not find anything wrong with the faucet, instead they did other things for me. They said that if in the future the faucet would leak again, they will fix it with no charge.

My mother believes that we now have a personal family plumbing company. She loved how polite and professional our plumber, Tom, was, and we have not yet had a bad experience from Maeser. In fact, this is the second time we've hired this company. Also, their communication skills are excellent. There aren't many companies in this day and age that send a call AND a text to let you know when they're on their way, but a text profile of our Tom's experience. He showed up, took a look, explained the issue with our toilet, fixed it, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. He even took the time to have a conversation with my mother (which she really enjoyed). We will definitely call on the Maeser company again if we ever need them.

Very glad I chose this company. They came out on a Sunday without charging me more and did a bypass on the furnace until they could get my new circuit board so I wouldn't be without heat. My technician was Kelly and he was very good and very professional. Everyone I talked to on the phone were also very helpful

Tried to get an estimate. Lady on phone kept making one excuse after another on why she couldn't make late afternoon appt. She finally did make appointment and never showed up, never called. Very unprofessional on phone.

I joined their maintenance membership for 2 visits a year + discount on parts and labor. The service team arrived on time and said a capacitor was weak and should be replaced. I was quoted $180 to replace a $20 part. I didn't know this until after he left and I looked it up. I have since cancelled my membership and will be looking elsewhere for a service provider with appropriate priced on parts. This was not a special order part. It was something you can get at Home Depot (now I know). Their service team is great, I just wish they had more reasonable prices.

Mark K and Zach L were on time and did a very thorough and professional system check on our furnace and told me that all looked good. I am very confident going into the upcoming heating season.

Slow response and the labor costs was quite expensive. More than I would have expected to pay for a warranty job. The parts were covered by warranty, but Maeser charged a high premium for the labor. I would have expected them to give me some sort of break seeming they recommended the original unit and did the install. There are less expensive service providers out there and I'll turn to them when I need additional work done.

John Day was great. He was professional and polite. He communicated clearly what he encountered and what was needed. I found the pricing rather high, but that’s a reflection on Maeser not Mr. Day. $500 for a cleaning and replacing a capacitor that was probably $30 to make seemed ridiculous.

Once the problem was diagnosed a new motor for the blower fan was needed. Unfortunately one was not available on the truck but was ordered, picked up and installed the next morning which was a Saturday. The technician was superb and gave us great hints as to how to improve our air circulation and quality. He took all the time needed to answer any of our concerns. He couldn't have been more professional. In addition the office was extremely professional and followed up with scheduling. We have used other Maeser services previously and would highly recommend them.

Had it cleared & running in a little over an hour. Also added a clean trap to make it easier to clean if it should happen again

It was amazing, wonderful and professional, this was tricky because of the granite but Tom did it with ease.
