I emailed them to set up and appointment for a furnace cleaning. They called me back very quickly and made an appointment just a few days out. When the technician arrived he was very polite and cleaned the inside furnace unit and was even very nice to my dog. When he found the relay was going bad, he showed me with his tester that the part was reading lower than it should. He explained everything very well, I am not a electrician and I understood everything very well. He broke down the costs with the part, the yearly membership and without. The difference was only $60 to go with the membership, so it made sense to me. Especially since the membership includes an A/C cleaning (I believe about a $95 value). Overall I was very pleased and so glad that I had Maeser come check out and clean our furnace. I would hate for that relay thing to go out in the middle of the winter!

I have had pitting in my copper water lines. Greg Wilson recommended installing an Aqua Pure AP 430 on our cold water line coming into our home.. Greg said that he has had great success with this item.

Their salesman Troy came out and gave me a choice of several Rheem units to choose from.I selected the one that best fitted my budget,and the price was very fair. The installation went very smooth,and the workers were very professional.I could not have been more pleased.

They are very professional and very helpful and I would continue using them. They are a lot more reasonably priced than other individual plumbers that I’ve contacted in the past. They can also remodel bathrooms so I am going to call them to get estimate.

They did a good job and they cleaned up after themselves pretty well so I have no complaints. The price was a little high for a water heater. I would use them again.

A faucet broke in one of our bathrooms, after hours. Maeser was very responsive...someone came over in under an hour. However, the job is still not completed. The plumber was able to turn off the water to that bath -- at my husband's urging -- but said he couldn't replace the faucet because he needed to find the right one. He told my husband he would look the next day and get back to us. It's been more than a week and nothing. So I called today to follow up and am waiting on a response.

Everything was great. The service was good, prompt, and personable.

The overall experience was great. The technician was very professional and clean. The only complaint I have is that the cost seemed a bit high, but I didn't get other estimates. so that is hard to judge.

The experience went very well and I was aware of them because I have heard a lot of their advertising. I had a coupon so decided to use it to have them do the work. Their pricing was very reasonable and I will use them again in the future.

they are really good and I like their work. they are efficient, reasonably priced and they have came in and worked until 8 or 9 past their time. when we had the sewer stopped up we had flooding in the basement and it was almost 5 o'clock they said they would get someone right out there and they didn't charge me any after hours fee's. I was just really pleased, they left the place clean they wore boodys so they wouldn't track any thing where they were walking. they also did some work on my rental property and there was a leak and since it was their work so they didn't charge anything and make it right.

The experience was excellent overall! I’ve only used them once, but I will have them back in the spring. This company was thorough, dependable, showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do. I’ve had other companies do this type of service in the past, but they were not as competent as Maeser.

From start to finish it went very well, we get a lot of compliments on the bath. And it is a pure delight to use. Brought it right up to the 21st. century. Very well done.

Maeser did a good job with the installation. Everything is running well in my kitchen. They are kind of expensive, but they do good work. I am familiar with the company since I used them for ten years.

I called them on a Monday to see if they could come to my house to look at my furnace. It was making a really loud noise as it was running. They happen to have had a cancellation that morning so I met with the technician. He discovered that the motor on the furnace was going out. Since my heating and AC system was over 18 years old and I discovered it was going to cost quite a bit to replace the motor I decided to just have them replace the entire system. Someone came out that Monday night to give me an estimate. By the next morning they emailed me the estimate. They came out on Wednesday and replaced my entire system. I didn't have any problems with them. They were on time each time they came to my house.

Work was satisfactory and responsiveness to initial call was fantastic. However, they did not honor coupon which they provided me less than a month previously which I found annoying and will take into consideration in future when calling a company for HVAC. That spoiled an otherwise pleasurable experience.

They showed up on time and cleaned up upon completion of work.

My only complaint would be they did require payment first, would not send a bill. But over all I would use them again without a problem.

He actually advised me not to have anything done. He gave me some stuff that I could try on my own, as it would cost me nothing, which is why I loved him. The estimate was free. He said this is the problem everyone faces who has a two-storey building. He said all my other options are going to be really expensive. I would recommend him to people, as he apparently is pretty honest because he could have recommended spending a lot of money. He gave me some ballpark figures for other options. He gave me two other options; one is to put a whole new unit upstairs, which would be $7000-$8000. Another one he would not recommend me to go, it is called zoning where we can put a device in each registered vent or outlet in each room, and main unit downstairs open and shut down automatically depending on what is the temperature of the floor is. It might not work well and it would cost around $3000.

I would like to recommend them. They do excellent work. They are our plumbers and they come anytime that we have a problem. They are wonderful. They are prompt and they do a good job. They are reasonable. We would grade them as excellent for our overall experience with them. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

The installation work of the new water heater went pretty well. We were satisfied with the work. They were very polite and quite prompt. The only little problem we had was they kind of messed up the floor in the mechanical room. It wasn’t a real serious thing but it was vinyl flooring and it ended up with rips in it. The installation of the new heating and air conditioning unit was a big project. They did fine. They followed up. We had some problems with our hot water heater and they came back and offered assistance in solving the problem, so everything went very well with them. Their service is great. They have been very cooperative and responsive. They came right away. Whenever we have called they have scheduled that day, so I think they are very professional. We had a noise problem with the heating system and they came right away as soon as they could. They followed up on that. We spent $6300 for the most recent job. They were very competent. They seem to know exactly what to do and how to go about doing it. They were very conscientious about entering the home wearing protective foot coverings and things like that. It was a good experience. I would rate them high when comparing them to other plumbing companies and people that we have dealt with. They were competitive on price as any others. Their responsiveness and punctuality was very good. They actually called when they were on their way. We would use them again in the future.

They come right away and they always come back if there are any issues. They are fairly competitive on price. My experience has been very good. Their prices are average.
