I have used this for one year now. It has not given me one bit of problems. It has lowered my energy bills by 30% from my old system. The company did a great job in the instillation.

We had a "flood" during heavy rains. It was a Sunday, and he was very busy because of the rains, but he came as soon as he could and fixed the problem quickly. He even fixed something else that was non-emergent while he was here.

A technician was at my front door within an hour of calling them. He was very professional and kind to my wife who is very, very pregnant. The leak was fixed quickly and correctly, and the charge was more than reasonable. Some of the best service I have gotten in a long time. Was beginning to think it was a lost art...

I called as soon as the problem arose early yesterday morning. After washing my hands I couldn't turn off the water--there was a steady stream of hot water pouring out; handle wouldn't work. Serviceman arrived in about two hours, maybe less. Plumber fixed this problem quickly. I asked him to check out to toilet that were functioning but were cranky at times. He made them work like new. As with prior encounters with Maeser, this man was friendly, efficient and even kind to my dog. So glad I found Maeser on Angie's List.

They came in and were lightening fast. They got the job done in no time. Only took about 15 min. They double checked their work and did a good job.

I had a drippy shower which started about a year or so ago. I called a local plumbing agency and they came and fixed it but said the repair would be only temporary because the cylinders that were in our faucet were old or out of date. In six months the faucet started leaking again and i called another plumbing agency who told me the same thing and fixed the faucet for temporary use. We got a bid from this company to replace the total faucet and it was pretty expensive. I looked Maeser up on Angie's list and decided to call them and get another bid for repairing the faucet problem. They informed me that I would have to pay the service charge for them to come out and I felt this was justified. The technician, plumber, arrived this morning and he said he thought he could replace the cylinders and the problem would be solved. He took the old cylinders out and tried to match them with parts that he thought might have been used when the initial faucet was constructed. They did not match and he was going to put the unit back together so we could make up our minds to choose the best bid to have the faucets replaced. Then, he said that maybe he might have the correct cylinders and he went out and got them off his truck and luckily for us he had a perfect match. He replaced the cylinders and now the faucet is not dripping and we are quite happy about getting this problem solved. The company that made the initial faucet went out of business but the other company that makes the cylinders are still in business. This was what was confusing other technicians who tried to fix the faucet. The technician did not give up. He had a hunch that the correct cylinders might work and he followed his hunch. He solved the problem and now we have two new cylinders in our faucet which are working perfectly and we don't have to replace the complete faucet in the wall. We are very pleased with the service we got this morning. And, very pleased the technician hung in there and found the right cylinders.

All Maeser workmen were capable and took pride in doing their jobs right. Several unexpected problems arose. Some insulation looked like asbestos but it was checked by the proper lab and cleared and work resumed in 24 hrs. A vent pipe and electrical wiring were found unexpectedly in a low ceiling over the tub and were replaced. Several studs were replaced to extend the shower 4". A tile border was preserved to overlay the marble trim which greatly enhanced the bathroom's appearance. Maeser subcontracted the fan's electric wiring, hanging the shower doors, and making and installing the cultured marble but they reviewed or were present for this work to be sure it was done properly. For bathroom remodeling, Maeser is excellent. Ask for Jason.

My husband was shocked to find soaked carpet in his basement office on Tuesday morning, August 13th. Turns out that the upper element on our 5-year old Whirlpool water heater had a stream of water pouring from it which was flowing not to the floor drain just 8 feet away, but under the wall to my husband's office. Luckily, it had only been going on for a few hours (apparently). We called Maeser, who said they would send someone out that day - since it was an 'emergency', since we had no hot water. They said they were very busy, but promised to get there. Sure enough, John Jenkins (licensed plumber) showed up at 4:45pm. He was very professional (even wore his booties without us asking!), and assessed the situation. We thought for sure that a $1,200 water heater was in our future. But, John recommended that we try new elements first. And, he had the parts on his truck (which I felt was a miracle). In about an hour we were up and running again, and all for a total bill of $233. He even applied a web coupon for $30 off without us asking! We are thrilled with John and Maeser Plumbing. We know that a new water heater is in the not-too-distant future, but we will be calling Maeser to do that work for sure.

They came out very quickly and told me ahead of time what they were going to do and how much it would cost.

Provider came out on a Friday night. My air wasn't cooling and I had company coming, so wanted someone right away. I admit I chose the first company I saw online that was 24/7. The service man was prompt in arriving and professional while there. He thought at first that a wire had burned out and after replacing it that all would be well. When the air still wasn't cooling, he checked the Freon and stated that the compressor was no longer working and would either need to be replaced or I would need a new unit all together. I was satisfied with the initial visit, but was told that I would receive a call from the company regarding getting a new unit and I never heard from them. This was enough for me to ask around and look more on Angie's list for a different provider.

They were very polite and efficient.

It went well. All is good. A lot of it was done by subcontractors. Overall, it was a good experience.

They were great. I pay an annual fee for heating and air conditioner. They did pretty well. He actually found a leak in my cooling system. They were professional and informed me of everything that I needed to do to keep the maintenance up. I would recommend them to anyone. Price wise, they are not too bad. I will continue to use them.

Their price was reasonable. They were punctual and they wore a little booties, made sure they won't mess up my house. They got the job done right when they say they would. I ordered a part then they had it the next day and fixed it.

The first job they did, they did great, they installed the water heater and I think I already wrote a review about that. They couldn't really diagnose the problem so it continues to be a bit of a problem, I don't know if it's something I have to live with or what.

I liked working with the people that they sent out. The price is reasonable with the time frame he did it in was good, but little bit of a mess outside, but were clean inside. I would use them again.

Water, water everywhere. Our icemaker went out on our fridge. Shut off valve under kitchen sink was coroded and would not completely close. Meanwhile the water kept coming up through the ice maker line. We opened the freezer door and water came gushing out everywhere. Called Maeser and they came out to our home right away and installed a new shut-off valve under sink. When they were finished they cleaned up their mess thouroughly.

Less than two hours work, and low-skill handyman jobs--pretty expensive. The toilet had a failing flush lever, but he made no offer to fix or replace this item. (I was at work and wife didn't ask, but a plumber working on a toilet, having to test the new refill tube by taking off lid to flush, really should have offered to add this task!) Have used Maeser many times, but the run up of charges and less care about client has me going elsewhere. Patronage seems to have become less rewarding, more taken for granted.

They were prompt and professional and did a good job.

Maeser did a terrific job. We were sent to a wonderful tile person who helped pick out beautiful tile for floor and shower walls. Got good input on picking out hardware and faucets. We are thoroughly enjoying our new bathroom.

Everything went well - called Maeser, they were able to make it over within 2 days, got the problem fixed.

As mentioned above, our contractor has the relationship with Maeser. He brought them in in the planning stages and there were front end visits to a**** how much work was going to need to be done. Past that, see above.
