+ 2 moreHad the representative in our home to give an estimate. He was very nice and had some good ideas about how to maximize our limited space. He gave us a card and asked us to come visit their showroom. Went to Oxmoor Mall location and could not find showroom. Asked information was told they had left the mall. The rep did not even tell us they were no longer at that location. Went later to the Jefferson Mall location and were not even asked by employee if we needed any help. We had enough of the bad customer service and decided to look elsewhere. Never received a follow-up phone call.
Description of Work: Wanted to remodel kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and flooring. Estimate $13000.
